Get Help: Web search results are broken

To reproduce:

- Open the Get Help app
- Type a term in the search bar
- Scroll down to the Chromebook Central web link results
- Unable to click on the links ("undefined")

I'm looking into this. I can repo it using a very old version (before replacing the discover illustrations) so at least it's not a regression..

We verified on multiple versions. Seems like a server-side issue.
