translation "Chrome メニューで非表示" (ja) should be reconsidered

Issue description[Language] Japanese [Version number] 60.0.3112.113 [OS details] Windows 10 Pro, version 1703 (build 15063.540) [Where is the poor translation?] In a context menu which appears when I click on any extension's icon in Tool bar, there is an item labeled "Chrome メニューで非表示", which is a translation for "Hide in Chrome menu". * replace Chrome with Chromium for Chromium. * see /chrome/app/resources/chromium_strings_ja.xtb for chromium, /master/chrome/app/resources/google_chrome_strings_ja.xtb for Google Chrome. "Chrome メニューで非表示" literally translates to "In Chrome menu, hide" and gives a user impression of making it invisible in Chrome menu. Option A: "--に隠す" is more appropriate translation of "hide in --" so "Chrome メニューに隠す" just sounds good. Option B: "Chrome メニューに表示" which means "Show in Chrome menu" is also a possible alternative impling the icon will be shown in the menu, not the bar. This is a same idea as "Show in Toolbar" (en) and "ツールバーに表示" (ja). This could be applicable if a user is thinking about "where to show the icon" not about "hide the icon or not". Hi, Please see below response from the language POC: ¨Hi Thank you for reporting this issue. Sorry if I'm misunderstanding, but it actually seems to hide individual extensions from the Chrome menu bar as described in the following support page. https://support.google.com/chrome_webstore/answer/2664769 ("Hide extensions" section) Excerpt from the support page ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -Show or hide extensions --Hide extensions To hide individual extensions, right-click the icon and select Hide in Chrome Menu. To see your hidden extensions, click More More. -Show extensions To bring hidden extensions back to the Chrome toolbar, click More More, right click the extension, and select Keep in toolbar. Some extensions won't have this option. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When this menu is clicked, a selected extension disappears from the menu bar. Maybe the term "Chrome menu" is confusing, but I suppose "Chrome menu" here means "Chrome menu bar" or "Chrome tool bar". In that case the current translation seems correct to me. Er, so, do you mean; 1) this is not a translation error. 2) "Chrome menu" == "toolbar" 3) "Hide in Chrome menu" != "Move to Chrome menu" 4) "Hide in Chrome menu" == "Make (this) invisible in Chrome menu" and I need to file a bug "label inconsistency" ?
