Chrome forum Android renders desktop version of website

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Visit Repubblica.it
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Should render mobile site

What went wrong?
Renders desktop site

Did this work before? Yes Nougat

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 8.0.0

Tested the issue using #60.0.3112.116 on Android 8.0.0 ; Pixel Build/OPR1 170623.027 and was unable to reproduce the issue as per the steps mentioned below.

1. Launched Browser.
2. Navigated to Repubblica.it
3. observed the page opened as Mobile site.

@gferretti80: Could you please provide more info like details of your device, that would help us in further triaging of the issue.

Sure: Nexus 5X, Oreo 8.0.0 (got this issue exactly after update to Oreo).
Browser is same Chrome you used. Any more detail required?

Pls note: I also tried with Chrome Beta. Same result (fail).
Hello. For no reason at all, it works fine again now - despite neither OS nor Chrome got an update, so all things equal.
