Content Security Issue - Users can screenshot webpages

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.79 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open sangit/snippingtool application
2. snip away whatever u see in browser
3. edit or fetch someone details(photos  website contents)

What is the expected behavior?
Edit or fetch someone details(photos  website contents)

What went wrong?
website contents not safe
google should check the the website contents or photos(if private/protected) and disable the apps by snipping them

Did this work before? Yes all versions

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.79  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

Summary: Content Security Issue - Users can screenshot webpages (was: Content Security Issue)
The ability of a user to screenshot or otherwise save the content of webpages is absolutely an intended feature and a core part of the web platform. It's neither practical nor desirable to attempt to break this capability.
 Issue 764288  has been merged into this issue.
