safe_conversions.h is a generic library function. The testcase claims to be unreproducible, and without that or a stack trace I can't pass this along usefully.

ClusterFuzz testcase 4910798437875712 is flaky and no longer crashes, so closing issue.

If this is incorrect, please add ClusterFuzz-Wrong label and re-open the issue.
