[Missing Tests] : issues printing roll paper from Chrome

Automated tests for the below commit have been missing.Would it be possible to add test coverage to avoid regressions in future?

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
This issue hasn't been fully fixed yet. Closing  this until we actually have a full solution for rectangular DPI. Even then adding full test coverage may not be possible because this bug is specific to certain external hardware (i.e. specific printers).
