What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build ->In OOBE screen, enable On-Screen Keyboard
(2)In 'Choose your language & Keyboard' page ,select any language which starts from R.H.S(Ex:Arabic)
(3)Now again change the language such that it starts from L.H.S(Ex:English) and Observe the icons at Ubertray(Kindly refer video)

Actual:Icons near Ubertray gets Overlapped(Keyboard icon overlaps with accessibility icon/battery icon)
Expected:Icons at Ubertray shouldn't get Overlapped

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-55

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
