Regression:SEND FEEDBACK button is not seen while ending the process in Task Manager |

Issue descriptionChrome Version:62.0.3202.18/9901.12.0 dev channel Candy,Daisy,Reks OS:Chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign into user >>Launch Chrome and Press Shift+Esc(or)Search+Esc keys to open Task Manager (2)Click to End Process the current tab and reload the page again (3)Repeat the Step (2) and Observe(Kindly refer video) Expected:When we end the same process for second time, it should display SEND FEEDBACK button Actual:Instead,RELOAD button is seen again This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-59 Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS

C #1 > Unable to provide bisect as we dont have bisect setup available on Chrome OS to bisect the issue. The issue seems to regressed around : Good Build:59.0.3071.135/9460.76.0 Bad Build :60.0.3112.118/9592.100.0 Able to reproduce the issue on latest M-66. Attached the screencast for reference.. Sorry - I missed this in my queue. That's too large a range to pick out a specific CL. This should be re-triaged by the browser/ChromeOS team
