Scrollbars in devtools in dark theme are light

Chrome Version       : 61.0.3163.79
OS Version: OS X 10.12.6

Other browsers tested: n/a

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open devtools
2.Change theme to dark

What is the expected result?
Scrollbars should be dark.

What happens instead of that?

possible.

Tested in chrome #61.0.3163.79 and Canary #63.0.3213.0 on Mac 10.12.6 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen shots for your reference.

@ fisenkodv: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,Please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once and let us know the observations of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac os 10.12.6 using chrome M61 #61.0.3163.79 and M63 #63.0.3163.3 .

This issue is seen from M50 and is a Non-Regression issue and is seen only in mac and not in linux and windows OS.

Marking it as untriaged for further inputs on this.
