Can't enable android web view in my motoG5.

Issue description

Device name: Motorola G5

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version:60.0.3112.116
Operating system: nuget 7.0.1

Steps to reproduce:

Expected result:Iam a beta tester.After i enabled my android system webview. it gets disabled automatically. Please fix this. I have tried updating after enabling it. But again it is disabled automatically.

Could you please disable you Chrome app to Enable the WebView as your'e using Android 7.0.1 (nougat). Please try the same and update the behavior here.

To use the beta WebView on Android 7+ you can simply install Chrome Beta and select it as the webview implementation in the device developer settings - you can freely switch between stable/beta/dev/canary this way by installing the corresponding Chrome version.
