[A11y Assessment - Installer] Does not read all text while installing

Issue description

Chrome 63.0.3212.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) (cohort: 64-Bit)
Windows 10 Enterprise Version 10.0.14393 Build 14393.1593
NVDA 2017.3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
# Launch NVDA. 
# Download installer exe from Chrome Canary website. 
# If there is a previous version of Chrome Canary, uninstall first. Execute the installer. 
# Does not read the word "installing", says "text". Messages before that are read. 



 
JAWS 2018 Beta also does not read the installer text where indicated.
