Not quite working correctly yet.

cjgrant: I triggered a job on your WIP CL & had issues w/ analyze; I applied the same patch locally and uploaded it as https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/662439 and haven't seen those issues. I'm not sure why, but the nature of the issues lead me to believe that they're not specific to this bot (and that this issue is thus fixed). Would appreciate you giving it a try (and maybe rebasing that WIP CL) at your convenience.

Not sure what happened w/ the patchset that had issues. Bot appears to be working correctly.

This morning, I successfully started the trybot on a particular CL, but then got confused when it stalled on other attempts.  Sounds like that was due to limited capacity on the trybot, which is fine.
