cr50 is supposed to allow deep sleep (same as it does in .remove) before sending TPM2_Shutdown when shutting down, if deep sleep control is used.

At the moment, control-deep-sleep functionality is not used (may never be), thus low priority. Cannot be called from the driver .shutdown anymore, since tpm_class_shutdown() calls it already after sending TPM2_Shutdown and disabling sending commands.
