[Coverage] Exclude test files from code coveage report.

Previously, the generated code covearge report includes test files
(unit test and egtest), but it shouldn't.

So this CL excludes test files from code coverage files, and the test
files are identified by "unittest.cc", "unittest.mm" and "egtest.mm".
