Fix Open New (Incognito) Tab animation

For now the animations to open a new tabs are not as smooth as they should be. It should be fixed.
Some code as been added to have the animation, it might be removed.

Assigning to sczs as in charge of animations.

Hey gambard@ just to confirm, are you talking about opening new tabs from the ToolsMenu? I've checked the current animations when opening Tab with the + button and they seem to work fine.

Yes, from the tool menu. The code is not landed yet, you are added as reviewer.
The current animation is to close the tab, go back to the TabGrid and open a new one.
