Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome Sign Builder
2. Add a youtube video
3. Go to advanced options
4. Set the youtube video as played in loop
5. It generates a link which look like this:

https://www.youtube.com/embed/Aed7TgSbCN0?autoplay=true&autohide=true&loop=true&controls=false&disablekb=false&playlist=Aed7TgSbCN0

The Video is setup as a playlist with one video in it - It is restarting again (yeah!) but it will not be cached. We have a video whichs will be reloaded every 5 Minutes and runs 24/7 why is this the case?

You can test this behaviour by simply open the generated link from Chrome Sign Builder in your browser

the youtube video which runs in a loop is cached

Its not cached
