Reported by willsmit...@gmail.com, Sep 11 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.79 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Difficult to replicate consistently - about 50% of mouse depressions will not work first time, and about 25% will not work second time.
2.
3.

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome should honour the mouse depression by following hyperlink, checking checkbox, etc.

What went wrong?
Recorded a trace behaviour so you can see how this is occurring. This did not happen until Chrome was updated at the weekend

Did this work before? Yes

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.79 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.6

There is something really broken with Mouse event input handling. Attaching a screenshot from the trace.

tdresser: Any idea who this should be forwarded to?
