Steps to reproduce the problem:
Just touch.

What is the expected behavior?
menu button, url bar, New tap button, resizing window form, close tap button is work fine.

What went wrong?
Chrome Window Form Control (Minimum, Maximum, Close Button) doesn't work with touch after I referbished my surface pro 4.

Did this work before? Yes I don't know well....

- Reboot
- Chrome cache resetting
