Issue descriptionMode: force_next Version: 58.0.3029.140 Reproduction Steps: 1. 2. 3. Several ChromeVox shortcuts do not seem to work in Docs, especially navigation (next heading) and reading. There is also a strange echo in the voice when typing each letter, as if there are two screen readers speaking at the same time, or it sometimes just doesn't speak at all. I have several visually impaired students relying on this for school work, and the new ChromeVox Next is not helping. Can you provide us a solution?

Hello, We have made several improvements to the navigation and text editing experience since you have posted this issue. We also fixed a bug where the screen reader was still talking on Android apps even when ChromeVox was off. Please try updating your Chromebook to version 63 (stable) or higher (beta or dev channels) and try again. Then, please let us know which specific keys aren't working so we can look into this further. Thanks!
