Open google map link from website added to home screen

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install an app via Add to home screen or install banner
2. Open the installed app
3. click on a maps.google.com link

What is the expected behavior?
The maps.google.com link should open the Google map app drectly if installed on the device

What went wrong?
On click, Chrome is launched and Google map app is launched just after

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.113  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

Tested the issue using #60.0.3112.116 and #61.0.3163.81 on Android 6.0.1; SM-J710F Build/MMB29K and was unable to reproduce the issue as per the steps mentioned below.

1. Launched Browser
2. Navigated to Google
3. Added to homescreen
4. Clicked on maps.google.com from search app
5. Observed the clicked link opened in Maps app.

@matthieu: Could you please upgrade your Chrome to the latest version and check if you still face the issue? If so please add a screencast for further triaging of the issue.

The key point is the first step. It's about install via Add to homescreen as a real app, not just a website.

Tested the same with below steps, and was not able to reproduce the issue.

1. Installed Google Search App onto home screen
2. Clicked on maps link in the Search app
3. Observed the maps link is opened in Maps App only.

This issue doesn't sounds like Chrome related. Hence removing Bisect label and adding appropriate component for further triage of the issue.
