Reported by jsdcor...@gmail.com, Sep 9 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.79 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. In input with datalist press on down arrow icon
2. No different event that rest Input tag mousedown
3.

What is the expected behavior?
In Input suggestions icon "▼" pressed:
  mousedown event: No
  clip event: Yes

What went wrong?
In 61.0.3163.79 version is imposible to know when only is pressed Input suggestions icon "▼".

In Input suggestions icon "▼" pressed:
  Before browser version:
    mousedown event: No
    clip event: Yes
Now, in 61.0.3163.79 version (equal that rest input tag):
    mousedown event: Yes
    clip event: Yes

Did this work before? Yes before 61.0.3163.79 version

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.79 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

Is there any other way to know when only is pressed Input tag suggestions icon "▼" or display all suggestions when input tag not empty?

Summary: 'mousedown' event is dispatched on INPUT element by clicking DATALIST suggestion arrow (was: No different event for Input tag, with datalist, suggestions dropdown arrow icon "▼" open)
I think we should dispatch 'mousedown' event on the INPUT element in this case. So the current behavior is correct.

Is there any other way to know when only is pressed suggestions icon "▼" or display all suggestions when input tag not empty?
