Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.just being on youtube; xfinity and having another browser open i.e. gmail

What is the expected behavior?
shuts down ; sends message if wants to chrome; restarts either new tab or reopen all closed ones.

What went wrong?
don't know but happens a lot and makes computer lag.
