we need to collect requirements from SoM first, but in general yeah we need feature parity with Buildbot from the API perspective. Ideally API should accept buildbucket build ids, not swarming task ids. There should be an API to list/search builds. Otherwise SoM would have to call milo.BuildInfo.Get for each build returned by buildbucket API, which will probably be very inefficient. In general, Milo API needs a design, but it is outside of the bug scope.
