Chrome Version: (copy from chrome://version)
OS: (e.g. Win7, OSX 10.9.5, etc...)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable #omnibox-ui-elide-suggestion-url-after-host
(2) Bookmark chrome://settings/help
(3) Type "help" in the omnibox

What is the expected result?
chrome://settings/help shows as a suggestion with "help" in bold.

What happens instead?
"help" is elided.
This doesn't appear to happen for web URLs, e.g. example.com/help
