add another unit test for get_nCharacters()

Project Member Reported by dougt@chromium.org, Sep 9 2017

Issue description

Could you please add a test that calls get_nCharacters on a div that contains a paragraph with some static text? For the div, it should return 1, because there is only one object inside it, i.e. the paragraph.

Both for the paragraph and the static text it should return text_length. The reason why the paragraph should behave like this is that we should have a special rule that text of static text objects should appear in the IA2 hypertext of their direct parents.

See https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/653726 for more info.
