Chrome OS version: 9901.7.0, 62.0.3202.9 dev build
Tested on M-62 dev channel caroline device.

This issue is related to launch bug Issue 746569
Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. During ARC++ optin, at the Google Play TOS page. 
2. Disable network and observe Google Play terms error page appears. 
3. The statements below the Title, run till the border of the page and hence its not space aligned.
These alignment issues must be fixed.

Expected behavior:
Statements must be properly aligned and justified.
