Support wildcarded paths in URL lists.

For sites (typically webapps) with many pages distinguished by URL queries (?) or fragments (#),
it's impossible to enter them all in a blacklist. Support wildcarding of the URL path for those
cases. (For example: http://www.example.com/*)
