ContentBrowserTests-Viz: MockRenderThread

MockRenderThread has dependencies on:
  -  viz::SharedBitmapManager
  -  cc/test/test_shared_bitmap_manager.h - maps to viz::SharedBitmapManager
  -  viz::SharedBitmap

Find out how the Viz process split impacts this test, and update.

Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
TestSharedBitmapManager will be moved to components/viz/test and will be useable. It isn't reliant on SharedBitmaps from other processes.

This should be fine.
