Chrome Version: (copy from chrome://version)
OS: (e.g. Win7, OSX 10.9.5, etc...)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) open chrome://bookmarks
(2) drag one folder to another
(3) drop - not in a specific place inside the target folder, but in the folder in general

What is the expected result?

What happens instead?
the folder is moved ok, but the selected folder starts flickering around the source folder and target folder and the moved folder, and the screen becomes less responsive.

It's consistently reproducible on my machine, let me know if you need more information.
