RGBA not rendered correctly

Reported by dennis.b...@geolytix.co.uk, Sep 8 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Open a webpage which use following RGBA color definition rgba(0,150,0,.1).

For example the page which I am building at the moment http://geolytix.net/map?seamless_locales

What is the expected behavior?
This colour should be rendered as a light transparent green.

What went wrong?
The colour is rendered as a light transparent orange.

Did this work before? Yes Yesterday's version. In fact I have seen this working just a few hours ago.

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 63.0.3208.0 Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0

Tested the issue on Windows 10 & 7 , Mac os 10.12.6 using chrome M63 #63.0.3208.0 and latest canary M63 #63.0.3212.0 & M61 #61.0.3163.79 and issue is not reporduced.

No light transparent orange color is seen. Attached screenshot for reference.

@dennis.bauszus-- Could you please check in latest canary and provide us the screenshot of the issue , that would help us to know if we are missing any steps in reproducing the issue.

Thanks!
