[Contextual Suggestions] Carousel scrolls back to position 0 after scrolling out of display

The carousel recycler view scrolls back to position 0, if the user scrolls down and scrolls the carousel out of sight.

This is likely caused because the carousel adapter is set to null when the carousel view holder is recycled.

A possible fix is to save the state of the carousel recycler view layout manager during the recycling and then restore it in onBindViewHolder.
