Issue descriptionChrome Version: (copy from chrome://version) OS: (e.g. Win7, OSX 10.9.5, etc...) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Install AFW on the terminal 2. Activate by selecting TestDPC -> Enable system apps -> Chrome 3. Enter HFS using Chrome 4. Download the 2.5GB Zip file What is the expected result? The file should be completely downloaded What happens instead? Downloading of the file is stopped when 10% of the file is remaining Please use labels and text to provide additional information. chrome download For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu page at the end of this report.

What does HFS point to? It looks like there's a notification saying your internet may not be available. Just wanted to confirm that's a red herring and not the cause. A video of the test instructions would be great too. Thanks!
