[Missing Tests] : Chrome displays a non-functioning Dock icon when running in headless mode on Mac

Automated tests for the below commit have been missing. Would it be possible to add test coverage to avoid regressions in future?

I'm not sure how this could be done TBH. Do we even run tests with full chrome instances? I don't think the icon appears for browsertests and even so I'm not sure how to check for an icon appearing.
