What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to the http://jsfiddle.net/514gg4tk/101/ for demo
2.It will not work for me on chrome browser 

What is the expected result?
Expected that when hovering on option value cursor change to the pointer.

What happens instead of that?
Cursor css not applied
