What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build -> In OOBE screen click on "Let's go" > In 'Connect to Network' screen Connect to any Wi-Fi network 
(2)After connecting to Wi-Fi Network  screen navigates to EULA screen -> Now observe default Focus is not seen on 'Accept and continue' button(Please refer video and Screenshot)

Expected: Default Focus should be on 'Accept and continue' button
Actual: Instead default Focus is seen missing on 'Accept and continue' button

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in M-57

@alemate : Please confirm the issue

Note: Issue is also seen on Latest M-63
