Regression : Expand icon doesn't change when list is expanded in 'Audit' section of devtools.

OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS,Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.3)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open devtools.
2. Now perform 'Audits' and click on 'Accessibility' and then click on '7 passed audits' expand icon,observe
 
Actual: Expand icon doesn't change when list is expanded.
Expected: Expand icon should change when list is expanded.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 62’ and will soon update other info :
Good build:62.0.3165.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 62.0.3165.0 (Revision: 488877).
Bad build: 62.0.3166.0 (Revision: 489161).

You are probably looking for a change made after 489098 (known good), but no lat
er than 489099 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
