Blue highlight doesn't appear properly after mouse hover on reset button of zoom bubble.

Chrome Version: 62.0.3202.13 (Official Build) 8aba0a34f8ab922b12535ce172e7ae6434d8e603-refs/branch-heads/3202@{#75}(64-bit)
OS: Mac(10.12.3,10.12.5,Retina 10.12)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and open NTP
(2)Zoom in the page ctrl ++ to 150 % or above,Click on zoom bubble.
(3)Hover mouse on "reset" button and observe the bubble.

Actual: Blue highlight doesn't appear properly after mouse hover on reset button of zoom bubble(i.e outline of bubble)

Expected: Blue highlight should be properly seen after mouse hover on reset button of zoom bubble.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M45' series i.e 45.0.2405.0

Note: Issue not seen on Win, Linux and Mac OS 10.11.6

As this being a Non-Regression issue, changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.

[mac bug triage] vkupte@etouch.net - can you describe in more detail how you believe the highlight should appear? A screenshot or movie from another platform would help a lot.

I think the complaint is that the blue highlight isn't flush with the edge of the Cocoa bubble -- there's a 1px line of the bubble background on the right of the bubble.

The UI is being overhauled. This probably isn't worth fixing.
