http/tests/devtools/sources/debugger-ui/source-frame-count.html failed on linux, and I can not reproduce (tried linux and mac, passes all the time). Can you please check if there are failures of this test in tryjobs of other CLs after the revert of my previous CL?

According to flakiness dashboard, this test is flaking in other builds, including very recent ones. It even had its expectation changed (and still flaking).
