1) Enable ChromeVox with Ctrl Alt Z
2) Open the Get Help App and start navigating through with ChromeVox navigation: Search + Right Arrow
3) Navigate to settings, then send feedback 

When you press Settings and then Send Feedback, you get to that dialog for sending feedback and you hear "tell us what's happening minimize close", since the min and close buttons must all be grouped together there. This should read "tell us what's happening" and then you should have to press Search+Right to get to minimize, then again to get to close.
