[A11y Assessment - Get Help App] Contrast of links

The contrast of the links like "wallpaper and profile picture" or "master your touchpad" is pretty light. Would be better to make that a darker blue that meets 4.5:1 contrast ratio against the white background. Please have a designer check the contrast of these and suggest darker text colors.

Thanks Laura! @xiaoyinh Please change all the link to be #2469F4. That gives us 4.8:1 contrast ratio.
