1) Enable ChromeVox with Ctrl Alt Z
2) Open the Get Help App and start navigating through with ChromeVox navigation: Search + Right Arrow


ChromeVox navigation is a little funny in the left side panel. If you press Search + Right to navigate through all the UI, you reach the first list item on the left panel -- Discover -- but then if you press Search + Right again, you get to the contact support button, then to privacy, etc. 

Expected behavior: 
When you are on Discover and you press Search+Right again, you SHOULD reach the next list item -- Get Started. We need to make sure this works with keyboard and screen reader.  

Seems like an issue using ChromeVox navigation to get into list items here.
