[A11y Assessment - Get Help App] Missing label

Version: 62.0.3201.0 

1) Enable ChromeVox with Ctrl Alt Z
2) Open the Get Help App and start navigating through with ChromeVox navigation: Search + Right Arrow

The Contact Support button has no label. It just says "button". We need a button label here so ChromeVox can read this properly.

Maybe this one can be marked as "won't fix"? Since it seems works well for "Contact support" button, the chromevox will say "Contact support Button Exited tab list" when navigate to the button. Both tried on 62.0.3201 and tot (63.0.3226.0).
