1) enable ChromeVox with ctrl alt z
2) After OOBE, navigate through the "take a tour" UI and get to the portion that shows the status tray tour popup. 

When you reach the screen "explore your chromebook", it says Discover more features or get answers. Select "?" for help. However the "?" is not read aloud by ChromeVox, as it's simply a punctuation mark. So, with a screen reader you hear "Select ___ for help", which is really not useful. We should add in the icon of the question mark button here and add a label so that ChromeVox can read the proper label -- select help button in the status tray for help". We need to be more inclusive to our screen reader users here.
