Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.79 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Visit http://money.cnn.com/2017/09/07/pf/victim-equifax-hack-how-to-find-out/index.html?iid=hp-stack-dom 

What is the expected behavior?
Video should play

What went wrong?
video doesn't play.

When tried to play the video I see this console error:

Rechecked the issue on Windows 10 using chrome version 61.0.3163.79 and was unable to reproduce it. Navigated to the provided URL and observed that video played fine both in normal and full screen mode. 

@ prudhvikumar9: Request you to please do a system restart, relaunch chrome and try again. Please update us with your observations.
