Incognito Image missing

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Open Chrome browser 
2.Go to Menu
3.Click new incognito tab

What is the expected behavior?
Incognito image should be visible 

What went wrong?
Incognito image is missing

Did this work before? Yes 61.1123.31.112

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.113  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

Working fine on Dev and Beta

Tested the issue on 60.0.3112.113 latest stable 61.0.3163.79 and latest canary 63.0.3209.0 using Windows and is not reproducible. Attaching screenshot for reference.

@Reporter: Could you please re-check the same on chrome latest canary and update the behaviour.You can download it from https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/canary.html
