1) Enable ChromeVox with Ctrl Alt Z
2) Press Alt Shift N to get to the notification center with keyboard  

When you reach the status tray area and reach the notification center, you hear that you have reached the notification center, but not how many unread notifications are there. For example, I reached it and I visually see "4" on that button to indicate I have 4 unread notifications, but if I didn't visually see that, I would have no idea. We need to make sure that you hear "notifications center, 4 unread notifications" from the screen reader, for example. Visual UI needs to be consistent with screen reader experience.
