Chromium codesearch should rank src/base early in a search for "base"

https://cs.chromium.org/search/?q=base&sq=package:chromium&type=cs should include https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/base/ at least in the first page of results. It includes both files inside that directory and other directories with that name, but for some reason the shortest and most-used directory doesn't appear for several pages.

Thanks for the report and sorry about the poor ranking. Unfortunately, the ranking in the current search index is not very good. We need to do some larger refactorings in the backend to improve it.

It looks like the results are much better now. I'm not sure what caused the change, but we have had some search backend migrations since this bug was opened.
