Ggmail no loger displays properly

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2868.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. log in to gmail using Canary
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
normal display

What went wrong?
bad html - no UI only text links and background

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 55.0.2868.0  Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0

maybe it's the style (using moon)?  I'll change and report if fixed

Checked the issue on  latest stable 61.0.3163.79 and on latest canary 63.0.3208.0 on ubuntu 14.04, Windows 7, unable to reproduce the issue.

@Reporter: Could you please upgrade chrome to latest stable and check in a clean profile .

Updated version and this issue can be closed. Only recommendation - make it easier (better messaging) to update version. I was prompted to download regular Chrome - not Csnary.
