Mouse KONE XTD optical "IE backward" press cause chrome only to go back twice.

OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5: N/a
  Firefox 4.x: ok
     IE 7/8/9: Fail

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to at least 2 different page
2. press the key that is assigned to "IE backward"
3. The navigators goes back two pages backwards rather than one.

What is the expected result?

That the navigator goes back one page only

What happens instead of that?

It goes two pages back for one key press instead.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported version 60.0.3112.113 and on latest stable M61-61.0.3163.79 in Ubuntu 14.04, Windows 7 with the steps mentioned below:

1.In NTP, typed google and in the search result page clicked on the first link
2. Pressed ALT+back arrow in that page and it resulted in the google search result page itself. ie., It navigated one page backwards only.

@Reporter:Could you please check this issue by upgrading chrome to  latest stable M61-61.0.3163.79 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.

@reporter: Could you please confirm if the issue is still seen on the latest stable(61.0.3163.100). If reproducible, this looks to be specific to Mouse KONE XTD.

As there is no response/Feedback from the reporter from so long time on comment#2 hence closing this issue and marking it as Won't fix.
