auron_paine has a plastic pin on the back panel just above the servo header connector an dif it is not removed, it unplugs the flex cable from DUT. I general the cable has to be re-seated and confirmed all is good for host chromeos2-row10-rack8-host17. Please file b/ issue for lab team to re-seat the cable(and check the back panel pin).
